Miami Vice Themed Event. Exciting!
So there’s an event coming up I’m attending back in my home town over Easter, and the theme is Miami Vice. I am unbelievably excited about this- possibly the best theme anyone could choose.
Luckily for us fashionistas attending, it’s also a major trend for Spring/Summer 2012. I might be bold and say this is possibly my favourite trend of the past, lets say five years? I love this look and have taken elements of it with me throughout my years, especially the summer season. I think it sums up the mood of the youth of today in a nutshell.
Needless to say, my mind is working overtime trying to think up the perfect outfit. Perhaps not the best thing to pop up and distract the stylist/shopping side of my brain when I should be well and truly buried in my dissertation. There’s just SO many choices.
I’m preparing a post of my favourite images and finds to feast your eyes on, but in the meantime, do you have any ideas?
